Mark Cox

I’m Mark Cox, and I believe the most underutilized resource on any team is the humanity of the people already on it.

For more than 15 years — as a counselor, pastor, coach, facilitator, and retreat leader — I’ve worked at the intersection of human connection and team performance. What I’ve learned is that most teams are a collection of capable people who don’t yet fully see each other. My work changes that.

At Business Lab I create experiences that move teams from polite cooperation to genuine trust — where people feel safe enough to be vulnerable, honest enough to take real risks, and present enough to truly see the person sitting across from them. That shift doesn’t just feel good. It changes how a team operates.

Carolann Sanita

I’m Carolann Sanita, and I work with people who are more capable than their current presence suggests.

My background is in performance, voice, storytelling, and entrepreneurship. As a professional actor, singer, voice coach, and business owner, I’ve spent years inside the craft of what separates someone who is heard from someone who is truly felt in a room.

At Business Lab I help professionals step fully into their own power — moving from careful and understated to bold, confident, and impossible to ignore. My sessions are immersive and experiential because presence lives in the body, not the mind. I help people find their voice, own their persona, and walk into any room like they belong at the front of it.

Jordan Barker

I’m Jordan Barker, and I help people lead more effectively inside the organizations they’re already in.

My career has been built inside large, fast-moving corporate environments where outcomes are expected, ambiguity is constant, and the ability to influence without perfect authority is everything. I’ve led cross-functional initiatives, navigated competing priorities, and helped leaders at every level move people forward in conditions that weren’t ideal.

At Business Lab I bring a practitioner’s understanding of how corporate systems actually work — and what it takes to move through them with clarity and credibility. I help emerging and established leaders identify the actions and communication that produce the outcomes their organizations need, and close the gap between where they are and where they’re trying to go.

  • Yes — we come to you. Business Lab takes place on site, typically in a large conference room or open meeting space. If your location doesn’t have a space that fits your team, we’ll handle finding the right venue nearby.

  • Business Lab is designed to flex with your team. Because every experience is custom built, we can accommodate a wide range of group sizes. For hands-on workshops, larger groups are divided into smaller teams within the room so everyone gets a full experience.

  • It’s a straightforward and focused conversation where we get to know your team and your goals. Together we’ll identify your team’s biggest needs, choose the workshops that fit best, and work out the logistics — including location, timing, and investment. You’ll leave the conversation with a clear picture of what your Business Lab day could look like.
